Simone Salvadei (PhD student in Econometrics and Empirical Economics) received on June 2010 the “Bruno De Finetti” prize from the President of the Italian Republic, Giorgio Napolitano, at Accademia dei Lincei for the best Italian graduation thesis on probability discussed between 2006 and 2010. He also received the “Federico Orsingher” prize from Fondazione “Sapienza” for the best graduation thesis on probability discussed between 2007 and 2009. This second prize is reserved for Italian and foreign graduates from Italian universities. |
