ICABR REGISTRATION FEES

Registration and conference fees
The conference fee includes
• Access to plenary and parallel sessions
• Morning and afternoon refreshment breaks
• Welcome Reception on June 26th, 2011
• Conference Dinner on June 28th, 2011
• Cocktail after the “Santaniello Lecture”

The Conference fee is 400 € for early registration and 450 € for late registration (after May 2nd, 2011).

Students (PhDs) may participate for a reduced fee of 250 € for early registration and 300€ for late registration (after May 2nd, 2011). (Please attach a copy of a valid student id-card.)

Accompanying Persons can participate for a reduced fee of 250 € for early registration and 300€ for late registration (after May 2nd, 2011).
Registration fees for accompanying persons include:
• Welcome Reception on June 26th, 2011
• Conference Dinner on June 28th, 2011
• Cocktail after the “Santaniello Lecture”

If cancellation is confirmed before June 1st, 2011 fees will be refunded except for a cancellation fee of 100 €. After June 1st, 2011 no refund is possible.

JOINT ICABR-EAERE Registration Fees

The registration fees for those who wish to attend both conferences will follow the EAERE rules, but will give access to ICABR sessions and EAERE sessions (including both social events)
Joint fees:
EAERE MEMBER FULL Fee – 650 € (including 65 € EAERE Levy)
EAERE MEMBER REDUCED Fee – 400 € (including 65 € EAERE Levy)
NON EAERE  - MEMBER FULL Fee – 691 € (including 65 € EAERE Levy + 41 € Membership fee)
NON EAERE  - MEMBER REDUCED Fee – 412 € (including 65 € EAERE Levy + 12 € Membership fee)

Such fees grant access to both conferences. The deadlines are the same as for EAERE 2011, that is:
15 November 2010 – Registration Opening
2 May 2011 – Early Registration
After May 2nd, there will be an additional 50 Euro for late registration fee
